Hårgaberget
Mythical mountain with breathtaking views.
Information
Hårgaberget, 211 meters above sea level, is the mountain that hides the story of the Legend of Hårga. You can see some strange tracks on the rocks, where the Devil is said to have played his fiddle so seductively that some young people danced to death.
Up on the mountain, it is walking distance between the dance floor, the top cabin and the lookout tower. Follow the signs that show you the way to the mountain.

Map & directions
How to get here Along Road 83 you turn off towards Segersta / Landafors, after only a short distance along that road you turn left towards Hårga. Then follow the signs. You can walk to the mountain from here. It is a somewhat demanding walk but absolutely possible provided that no one in the party has problems getting there on foot. It is also possible to take off along a small gravel road to the "back" of the mountain where it is possible to drive a bit up, and then walk a path the last bit. Note that this at road is less signposted, so be prepared that it may be harder to find.
